After meeting with several real estate agents, I got a recommendation from my plumber to check out Leased and Sold. He does regular work with them and spoke very highly of the team.My wife has had some negative experiences with real estate agents in the past and doesn’t hold the industry in particularly high regard. But when we met Tony and Riccardo, they quickly put her concerns to rest. They were personable, honest, and took the time to answer all our questions.I was preparing for an international relocation and, with only six weeks’ notice for the move, I expected the leasing process to be a headache. Thankfully, Riccardo, my primary point of contact, made it one of the least stressful parts of the entire experience.
